Alberto Fasulo

Alberto Fasulo

I will consider (a film) “successful” only to the degree in which it speaks to anyone who experiences this paradox at his own expense.

Alberto Fasulo was born in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of Italy in 1976. Since 2001 he has worked in film as an assistant director of fiction films and creative documentaries, under the direction of various Italian authors. He learned his trade on the set, working in various capacities in the areas of sound, photography and directing throughout the seven years he lived in Rome. In 2008 he directed and produced his first feature-length film, the documentary RUMORE BIANCO, selected for screening at many international festivals, and released in Italian movie theatres. TIR is his latest feature documentary won award for Best Film at the Rome FF 2013. In 2015 his feature doc PARENTS was in competition at Locarno FF.
