Biography

Born in 1962 at Fontenay-aux-Roses, Christophe Offenstein is a French director and cinematographer. He began his career in film as an electrician and went on adding a few notches to his belt by becoming a chief electrician, then an operator, and finally a chief operator. As a fully-fledged cinematographer, he is known to have collaborated with several established talents such as Guillaume Canet, Marion Cotillard, François Cluzet in LITTLE WHITE LIES and TELL NO ONE. He was nominated for Best Cinematography at the Cesar Awards for Guillaume Canet's NE LE DIS A PERSONNE.
