Pascal Blanchet is a self-taught illustrator whose interests include music, architecture and 20th century design. His cartoon strips and graphic novels (La fugue, Rapide-Blanc, Bologne, Le Noël de Marguerite) have received numerous awards in Quebec and abroad over the last 15 years. He’s also worked as a designer and illustrator for many magazines, newspapers, publishers and artists, including Wes Anderson and Pierre Lapointe. THE PROCESSION (2019), co-directed with Rodolphe Saint-Gelais, marks his first foray into animation. It is selected in competition at Annecy IAFF.
