I'm interested in this very sensorial side of cinema. I think that I have an obsession about physical dysfunctions.

Born in 1976 in Paris, Alice Winocour is a graduate of the screenwriting department at the prestigious Fémis film school. She has directed several award-winning shorts, including KITCHEN, which screened in competition at Cannes, and MAGIC PARIS, winner of the Grand Prix at the Cabourg Festival. AUGUSTINE was her first feature film, followed by DISORDER, which premiered at Un Certain Regard and screened at Toronto IFF. She is also the co-writer of MUSTANG, the French submission for the 2016 Academy Awards.
