    Born in 1988, Isabel Pagliai is currently living and working in Paris. She studied literature and art history at the Université Denis-Diderot in Paris and graduated from Le Fresnoy, National Studio of Contemporary Arts. Her cinematographic work, which combines fictional approach and documentary filming, revolves around themes of childhood and language. Her films have been selected in various international festivals (New Directors/New Films, Cinéma du Réel) and ISABELLA MORRA (2015) won many prizes, including Best International Short Film at RIDM. Her latest film, TENDER (2020), premiered in Ammodo Tiger Short Competition at IFF Rotterdam.
