    In September 1973, days after the coup d'état, 19 workers of a paper company disappeared after being arrested for their participation in the labor union or in left parties. 40 years later a policeman broke the pact of silence, revealing the participation of the private company CMPC in the death of these 19 men. Today the case remains open.

    Carlos Vásquez Méndez studied cinema in Chile, where he completed his filmmaking B.A. with visual anthropology and cultural studies subjects. He worked in a film laboratory and as a cinematography teacher. After moving to Spain, Méndez focuses on developing his own work related to essay and experimental film. He is the co-founder of obrador La Faz alongside Amanda Villavieja, an atelier of experimental filmmaking, photography and sound art based in Barcelona.

    Teresa Arredondo was born in Lima, Peru (1978) and since 1984 she lives in Santiago de Chile. In 2006, after working for a time as a psychologist in Chile, she traveled to Spain to enter the Master in Creative Documentary at the UAB, where she made her first documentary short film, IN CRESCENDO, produced by Televisió de Catalunya and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her latest film is LAS CRUCES (2018).
