    Two young brothers wander around in a big empty world without a clear destination. As society rages on around them at only a few yards distance, it couldn’t seem farther away. Together they try to escape reality, but how do you relate to an undeniable world that you don’t seem to be part of?

    Isabel Lamberti was born in Germany, but grew up in Spain and later on in the Netherlands.She studied Film at the University of Amsterdam and at NYU Tisch School of the Arts in NewYork, before attending the Netherlands Film Academy. In her films, Lamberti always investigates the grey area between fiction and documentary. VOLANDO VOY (I Will Fly Higher), Lamberti's graduation film, was shown at film festivals all over the world and won the Torino Award at the San Sebastian IFF 2015. Her short film AMOR opened the prestigieus Forum competition at the Netherlands Film Festival 2017. Since then it has been selected for many film festivals both nationally as internationally. Her short film FATHER is currently in development with Dutch public broadcaster KRO-NCRV. EL AZUL BAJO SUS PIES, Lamberti's debut feature, was previously presented at the Torino Film Lab pitching event.
